At Areum Beauty, we take pride in bringing you the very best of Korean skincare. If your purchase isn’t perfect, our team is here to make returns simple, easy, and worry-free.
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. If you change your mind, you can return your product unused, unopened, and in its original packaging for either a refund, exchange or store credit.
Please note: For change of mind returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for return parcels lost in transit.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible (preferably within 7 days of delivery) with:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Photos of the product and packaging
For major faults, you are entitled to a replacement or a full refund in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. In these cases, we will gladly cover the return shipping costs.
To start a return, please contact our team at info@areumbeauty.com.au We will review your request and provide you with our return shipping address and further instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund or store credit will be processed. If a refund is approved to your original payment method, please allow 3–5 business days for it to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for change of mind on:
Opened or used products
Products not in their original packaging
Final Sale items (This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is faulty)
