Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from our warehouse in Brisbane. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Standard Shipping

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $99 AUD within Australia.

We offer free express shipping on orders over $149 AUD within Australia.

(Please note: The free shipping threshold is calculated based on the final order value after any discount codes or store credits have been applied).

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery progress.

Delivery Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Areum Beauty is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at the time of purchase.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, an additional shipping fee will apply to resend the order.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can lodge an enquiry with the courier.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact our team as soon as possible (preferably within 7 days of delivery) with photos of both the product and the external packaging. Please retain all packaging, as this is required to process a claim.
